The name of the investment structure of the people in Bulgaria listed on the Beam market - Webit Investment Network (BSE: WIN) appeared again in the world news.

The occasion is the coverage of the successful investment round of the fourth company from the WIN portfolio - ISchool by a number of international media.

The company addresses the early digital skills education market for students in grades 1-12 in the Middle East and North Africa with a total market volume of over 100 million students!

Huge market and potential for growth in a multi-million dollar (and hopefully billion dollar) business. The company already does over $3M turnover and is growing at a rapid pace.

ISchool currently educates through its platform 26’000 students, with the first deal with a government from the region expected very soon for 10’000 students (over 35% growth with just 1 deal) - and that's just the beginning!

All investors in this round (VentureWave Capital, OneStop Capital UK, Oraseya Capital - the investment vehicle of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority) see the company as an opportunity for very high growth and return on investment.

WIN's name is mentioned in all the world's media along with the names of the main investors.

As Dr. Plamen Rusev personally promised - every single lev of even the smallest investors in WIN (who bought shares for even 10 levs) has exactly as much value as its equivalent in the millions of the funds participating in the round . “WIN shareholders have the same rights and the same conditions as the biggest investor! This is what I personally promised and this is what we achieve for each of our investments - there are already 4 companies in WIN's portfolio and there will be more” confirmed Dr. Rusev.

Every shareholder effectively, through their shares in WIN, owns part of each of the companies in the company's portfolio with equity investment rights in the world's best companies that make it to the finals of the Founders Games.

Along with the fulfilled promise of equal rights with the largest investors (which is generally not a practice in the industry, but achieved thanks to the power of the Webit brand) - Dr. Rusev was also invited as a member of the board of directors with observation rights, which further gives rights and inside information to the WIN board to work for the success of the investment.

In principle, board participation is offered (and given) to either the largest investor or a significant figure. WIN is not one of the big investors, participating in the $4.5M round with the amount of $200’000.

ISchool was selected as a finalist in one of the most contested innovation programs and competitions in the world - Founders Games and was announced at the Grand Finale in Davos in 2023. In less than a month (on January 18, 2024) the announcement is coming of the new finalists, which will include the following Webit Investment Network portfolio companies, of which all shareholders will be notified via information here on the WIN website.

Some of the semi-finalists are now clear and were announced during the world's largest UN climate conference (COP28), as part of the official program at the main conference center of the COP28 Presidency in Dubai.
