What special rights does Webit give WIN for investments?

By virtue of a special contract, WIN has the right to invest in rounds (from the 3rd to the 5th), in which in most cases business angels (small investors) and acceleration programs cannot invest.

This contract gives special rights to WIN investors to acquire stakes (through WIN) in companies in rounds associated with much lower risk (35%-40%), without having taken the big risks of the first rounds that reach 95%, as at the same time:

1. the investment horizon remains 4-8 years
2. required return on investment is 5-10+ times

Startup founders are aware of the great added value of the global Webit community. It is made up of investors, leaders of major corporations and the media. That is why they highly value the opportunity to have Webit and Dr. Plamen Rusev as investors. The contract with Webit, as well as the above facts, allow WN to participate in large multi-million rounds with very small investment tickets of two hundred thousand dollars (typical of previous rounds).

The above facts also enable the company to take advantage of the so-called bridge (intermediate) rounds - Bridge Rounds, in which the assessment is equal to or higher than the previous round, but lower than the upcoming one, as for the purpose in most cases the financial instrument SAFE is used.
