All WIN stockholders have the opportunity to vote and select which companies to drop from the semi-finals, thus participating in and directly influencing the selection of the semi-finalists, from which the finalists are selected.

The Founders Games are also broadcast online. This way, all the participating companies, their presentations, comments and ratings from the investors, and their selection happen live before the very eyes of the WIN investors. In other words, every WIN investor has as a "consultant" some of the brightest minds and successful investors from all over the world!

WIN may grant its shareholders (subject to certain terms and conditions) the right to individually co-invest (with personal funds) in some of the Founders Games finalists.
