How to participate in the capital increase
of Webit Investment Network as a
CURRENT SHAREHOLDER
Terms
Each shareholder in WIN registered in the company's shareholder register as of April 15, 2025, will automatically receive rights equal to the number of shares they own in the company.

Steps
Step 1 non-mandatory
Purchase of additional rights beyond the rights you currently hold as a shareholder in the company.
You need to submit an order to purchase rights to your servicing investment intermediary and/or bank:
- Stock code of issued rights: WIN2
- The stock price of the rights WIN2 is determined based on market principles according to supply and demand.
Step 2
Subscription of currently held rights or rights purchased during the trading period.
This is done by submitting a request for subscription of new shares at an emission price of 1.25 BGN/share.
Submission of the subscription request can be done:
A. In person, at the offices of your investment intermediary.
B. Remotely, for shareholders who possess a valid QES – by exchanging documents signed with QES via email with your investment intermediary.
IMPORTANT: The deadline for submitting requests to your investment intermediary for the subscription of shares by exercising rights, either held by right or acquired during the rights transfer period, is 15:00 on 02 May 2025.
Step 3
Payment for the subscribed shares.
This is done from the available funds in your brokerage account with your investment intermediary.
The necessary amounts must be available in your account with them no later than 15:00 on 09 May 2025.
Your investment intermediary will transfer the funds to the company's collection account according to the instructions in your request from Step 2.
