Dr. PLAMEN RUSSEV (Founder & Executive Chairman of Webit) founded Webit Investment Network through him company “Anchealo Consultants”.
He is a Bulgarian serial entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist.
He invests in technology companies in the field of healthcare, finance, blockchain, eSports and more. Among his co-investors in various companies are world names such as Mark Cuban and Ashton Kutcher.
Dr. Russev is the founder of the brand and global ecosystem of innovators, investors, politicians and business leaders - Webit, as well as one of the largest startup competitions in the world - Founders Games.
Education
Dr. Plamen Russev has a Ph.D from Medical University of Varna "Prof. Dr. P. Stoyanov" with the topic of his doctoral studies: "Digital solutions for the management of health and social challenges", a Master's degree from the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Bachelor of Marketing and Management from Varna University of Economics and with a number of specializations around the world

Dr. Russev has been honored to be an assessor at the prestigious Harvard Medical School, as well as to be a member of the Blockchain Observatory and Forum at the European Commission during the first term of establishment and.
Dr. Russev is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Varna University of Economics.

IVAYLO SLAVOV is an established entrepreneur and leader, specialized in developing both start-up companies and large corporations. He has more than 20 years of international experience in the fields of information technology, financial services, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing and human resources.
He is the CEO of DIGITALL, a company with 1400 employees in 11 countries and an annual turnover of 100 million. He was the CEO of BULPROS (part of Digitall today), which was the fastest growing technology company in Bulgaria and number 12 in Central and Eastern Europe according to Deloitte's latest "Technology Fast 50 in Central Europe '' survey. Prior to BULPROS, he held various management positions at Microsoft, Adecco, SEB, Unisys and Comparex (PC Ware).
PETER NEYCHEV is an investor in AgriGate Media, which owns the websites www.agri.bg, www.tractor.bg, www.agropazar.bg. He recently acquired the competing sites in this area and now the company holds 85% of this market. Peter is also the owner of the boutique advertising consultancy Awsum.
Peter is an internet veteran who started his career as part of the NetInfo team back in 2001 as head of the business development and sales team, which he led successfully until 2007, shortly before NetInfo was bought by the Sanoma Group. Later, he is a member of the Board of Directors of NEG.BG and Prospecto Group.
George Hristov has over 18 years of experience in technology and he has worked for a long period of time with Dr. Plamen Rusev as CTO on various projects in which he later invested. Georgi brings know-how and in-depth technical knowledge to the board, as well as invaluable experience in technology due diligence of start-ups.
Dr. PLAMEN RUSEV manages the executive director of WIN - "Webit Management" EOOD and in this capacity is the person through whom the executive director of WIN fulfills his powers. He is also the founder of Webit and Founders Games - one of the most recognizable Bulgarian brands in the world, a symbol of innovation and technology in the last 15 years.
