How to participate in the capital increase
of Webit Investment Network as a
NEW SHAREHOLDER

STEPS

Step 1

You sign a brokerage services agreement with Karoll JSC or another licensed broker for trading on the BSE.

A. In person, at one of the following Karoll offices.

or

B. Remotely, at https://online.karollbroker.bg/


If you sign the agreement at a Karoll office, the team will assist you in completing all documents related to the purchase of shares, based on the amount you wish to invest. The process takes approximately 15 minutes.

Step 2

Transferring the amount.

You transfer the amount required to purchase the rights and subscribe to the new shares, to the bank account of Karoll JSC, as specified in the agreement or in our explicit instructions sent to you via email.

Step 3

You purchase rights to participate in the capital increase of the company.

A. In person - at the counter, by submitting an order to purchase rights..

or

B. Remotely, through the Karoll Broker online platform.

End date for trading rights on the exchange April 29, 2025
Deadline for submitting requests to your investment intermediary for participation in the capital increase 3:00 PM on May 2, 2025

IMPORTANT: The deadline for submitting requests to Karoll JSC for subscribing to shares through the exercise of rights, either owned by right or acquired within the transfer period, is 3:00 PM on May 2, 2025.

Step 4

You submit an application (using the template) for subscribing to shares..

A. In person, at one of the following Karoll offices.

or

B. Remotely, through a valid QES.


In addition, on May 7, 2025, from 09:30 AM to 01:45 PM, a special auction for unexercised rights will take place, where rights to participate in the capital increase can also be purchased.

IMPORTANT: The deadline for submitting requests to Karoll JSC for subscribing to shares with rights acquired during the special auction is 3:00 PM on May 9, 2025.

Step 5

Payment for subscribed shares.

To do this, you must deposit the necessary amounts into your brokerage account at Karoll JSC no later than 3:00 PM on May 9, 2025.

Karoll JSC staff will transfer the funds to the company's collection account according to the instructions in your application in Step 4.
