Minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Webit Investment Network AD

At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGS), the following items were voted on from the agenda, including better conditions for WIN shareholders:

• WIN's management will grant the right to carry only if all the attracted capital has already been returned to investors, either in the form of a dividend or on condition that the stock exchange price of 1 share is equal to or higher than the weighted average issue price of all issued shares.
• The management fee that WIN pays to Webit Management, which has so far been It was decided that the formula for calculating the liquidation share from WIN to the management should be changed to 2.5% of the valuation of the WIN portfolio and calculated using the formula 2.5% of the attracted capital.
• The formula for calculating the liquidation share from WIN to the management should also be changed in favor of the shareholders, by adding a condition for the return of all attracted capital and only then the payment of the 20% liquidation share to the management.
