Amendments to the Company's Articles of Association
On November 8, 2022, the amended Articles of Association of the Company were announced in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities. The amendments to the Articles of Association were adopted by decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company dated October 25, 2022.
