Result of the Voting of the Board of Investors of Webit Investment Network (BSE:WIN) dated 03/06/2024

TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
OF WEBIT INVESTMENT NETWORK EAD,

DEAR SHAREHOLDERS,
At the end of the extended voting period until 6:30 p.m. on March 6, 2024 (duly announced and extended due to lack of quorum in the first period until 9:30 a.m. on March 5, 2024), the necessary quorum for the adoption of a valid decision by the Board of Investors was not reached.

Total number of votes cast (shares): 595’768
Total number of shares with voting rights: 5’588’002
Minimum number of votes (shares) to achieve a quorum: 2'794'002

Result: no quorum

Given this fact and based on the rules of operation of the Investors' Council,
WE DECLARE
that after complying with the relevant procedures for final research, analysis and making an investment decision, the WIN Board of Directors will have the freedom to make an investment on behalf of WIN in any of the 12 companies that reached the finals in Davos in January 2024. The Board of Directors will take into account in the decision-making process the expressed opinion of the voting shareholders within the framework of this Investors' Council.
