DEAR SHAREHOLDERS,

In connection with the requirements of Art. 33, para. 1, p.8, letter 'b' of the Rules for Admission to Trading on the BEAM Market, regarding the disclosure of financial statements, we inform you that due to a delay by the selected registered auditor in performing the independent financial audit, it is impossible to disclose the audited annual financial statement of Webit Investment Network AD, UIC 206870298, for the year ending December 31, 2023, on time. We will disclose the audited annual financial statement immediately after receiving the audit report.
