WIN announces monthly investor meetings

During the '2 YEAR WIN' webinar, which was held with great interest from over 300 investors and media, WIN committed to improve the relationship with them. In fulfillment of this commitment, we are launching monthly meetings with our investors.


IMPORTANT! Only the first 50 investors who sign up when registration opens will participate in the face-to-face meeting. They will be invited to a Zoom room, where after the official program they will be able to ask questions directly to Dr. Plamen Rusev and his special guest. The remaining registrants will receive a link to the live streaming of the meeting, and the video recording will also be posted for free viewing after the event.

    In-depth analysis and review of company news (publicly available information). Depending on the news, the company's founder may also participate.
  2. Meeting with WIN Investor of the Month
    An opportunity for the selected investor to share his opinion about the market and WIN and ask questions to Dr. Rusev.
  3. Questions and answers
    Every month we will meet you face-to-face with an investor who meets one of the following criteria:

  1. Most purchased WIN shares in the current month.
  2. Investor with longest held shares and increasing number.
  3. Significant investor with experience in investment, capital markets or entrepreneurship and innovation.

First Investor of the Month:

Krasimir Katev

Mr. Katev is an investor in WIN and has owned shares since the day of the initial public offering.


Brief Biography

Mr. Katev began his career in 1994 in New York at Paribas Capital Markets and subsequently moved to London. In 1997, he became a vice president at AIG International Trading Inc. He returned to Sofia in 2000 as First Deputy Minister of Finance, and then continued his career in leading banks and consulting firms in Europe.
