39.18% of Capital Is Registered for Voting in the First WIN Investors Council
Today, in conjunction with an invitation from June 9, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. (until 9:30 a.m. on June 25), the first ever WIN Investors Council is being held.
Such a body is an innovation by itself and WIN is giving its shareholders a voice in their choice of where not to invest their money through it.
All WIN stockholders had 14 days to register and familiarize themselves with a list of 19 companies with the best chance of being among the semi-finalists and finalists of the inaugural Founders Games season in 2022
Shareholders have the opportunity to vote on which of them will be eliminated from the semi-finals, thus participating in and directly influencing the selection of the finalists.
Each member of the Council of Investors can exercise their right to vote within 24 hours, starting at 9:30 a.m. on 06/24/2022.
The Council of Investors can make a valid decision if the members of the Council of Investors holding more than 33% of the total number of voting rights granted on the ordinary shares of the Company in circulation take part in the voting. In the event that by 9:30 a.m. on 06/25/2022, the necessary quorum is not reached in order to make a valid decision of the Council of Investors, the voting period is extended until 9:30 a.m. on 06/
The Investor Council is conducted by electronic voting.
The right to take part in the voting is exercised by the holders of ordinary shares of the Company, entered as such in the central register of securities maintained by 'Central Depository' JSC, 7 (seven) days before the start of the voting - 17.06.2022.
Each member of the Council of Investors has the right to vote, which is equal to the ordinary shares of the Company held by him, multiplied by the number of questions put to vote by the Council of Investors.
