Decision of the Board of Directors

Today, 08.02.2023, at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, a decision was adopted to:

1. Amendment to the Rules for the Work of the Investors' Council of Webit Investment Network AD with corrections under Art. 7 para. 1, Art. 7 para. 3 and Art. 7 para. 6,
2. Authorization of the Executive Director - Webit Management EOOD, UIC 206835190, through his representative Plamen Simeonov Rusev, to submit a proposal for convening the Investors' Council to approve the changes under item 1 above, as well as voting according to the rules with a negative vote by the companies from the winter season of Founders Games.
