As of 9:30 a.m. on March 5, 2024, the necessary quorum for making a valid decision has not yet been reached. Given this fact and the rules of operation of the Investors' Council,

that the voting period is extended and is active from 6:30 p.m. on March 5, 2024 to 6:30 p.m. on March 6, 2024.
