By filling out this form, you are declaring participation in the upcoming, first "Council of WIN Investors" (IC) June 24, 2022 at 9:30 a.m..
Within the framework of the upcoming IC, 19 companies that have collected the highest score after the 3rd round of the Founders Games by the collective intelligence of the international jury will be proposed for a negative vote.
According to the Rules for the activity of the Council of Investors of "Webit Investment Network" JSC ("the Rules"), each investor has as many votes as the number of WIN shares owned multiplied by the number of candidates (in this case 19).
Every member of the IC with their votes, can vote NEGATIVE and against a company/companies which they do not like and in which they do not want WIN to invest in.
In order to participate in the IC on June 24, you must be an active WIN shareholder and to declare your participation in this form.
All participating shareholders will be able to use their right for a negative vote from 9:30 am on June 24 until 9:30 am on June 25, through a special link that will be sent to them by email up to 7 days before the vote, as well as on the day of the vote itself.
After completing the form and after confirming your right to participate in the Investor Council, you will also receive the entire list and additional information about the 19 companies that are ranked for the semi-finals and against which you are entitled to vote.
