Announcement of the initial public offering of shares from the capital increase of Webit Investment Network AD
"Webit Investment Network AD" – a joint-stock company registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency, with UIC 206870298, having its seat and registered address at: Republic of Bulgaria, Varna, “Odesos” district, 53-55 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd., floor 3 – hereby informs investors about the start of the initial public offering of up to 12,364,797 registered, ordinary, freely transferable shares, each with a nominal value of 1 lev and an issue price of 1.25 levs, from the capital increase of the Company, in accordance with the attached Offering Announcement.
